TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
All of the indebtedness secured by the .Deed. of Trust executed by Cynthia J. Holland, a
single person, as Trustor, in favor of Richard C. Witt, attorney. at-law, Shoemaker, Witt &
Burns, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary Hastings Area
Habitat for Humanity, Inc. ("Beneficiary"), and recorded as Instrument No. 20001182 on
March 20, 2000, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, and
affecting the following described real estate has been paid. The Beneficiary has'
requested in writing that the property held by the Trustee under said Deed of Trust be
reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
Therefore, in consideration of such payment and in accordance. with the written request of
the Beneficiary, the Trustee hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons
entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by the Trustee under said Deed of Trust in
the real estate described as:
Lot One (1), Hedstrom Subdivision, an addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by said Deed of
Trust, and by these presents, said Deed of Trust is hereby fully and absolutely released,
canceled and discharged.
