REGISTER OF DEEDS
The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Roger D Krabel and Carmyn
A Krabel, Husband and Wife (Trustor) to The State Bank of Lebo, Trustee, to secure the
sum of $750000.00, dated December 31, 2005, and recorded March 6, 2006, in the office
of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number: 20061010,
has been paid.
In consideration of such payment, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled
thereto all right, title interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of
Trust in the following:
