N0._~Q~.~. 6 ~ -~ Date - ~- 08 Time! ~~ REGISTER OF DEEDS HASTINGS UTILITIES/CITY OF HASTINGS, HASTINGS, NEBRASKA PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT Midland Corporation, a Nebraska Corporation, does hereby grant and convey a public utilities easement to Hastings Utilities, City of Hastings, Nebraska, for the consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned owner(s) does hereby grant and convey to HASTINGS UTILITIES, CaTY OF HASTINGS, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, and to its successors and assigns a public utilities easement with the rights of ingress and egress for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, replacing, repairing, perpetually operating and maintaining electric, gas, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, drainage, telephone, cable TV, communication systems, or other public utilities having an operating agreement with Hastings Utilities, City of Hastings, Nebraska, with all necessary appurtenances, thereto, over, upon, or under said public utilities easement. The construction or location of any building or structure, excluding fences, over, upon, or under any easement shown thereon shall be prohibited, and the construction or location of any fence or other improvement which obstructs drainage shall be prohibited over, upon, or under any storm drain easement or drainage easement shown thereon. The South 15 feet of the East 15 feet of Lot 4, Block 21 of Johnson's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska; containing a calculated area of 225 sq. ft., as per attached Exhibit "A".
