U REGISTER OF DEEDS
WHEREAS, the City of Hastings holds interest in the platted easement;on, over, across and
beneath the following real estate:
The east 10 feet of Lot 1; the east and west 10 feet of Lot 2; the west 10 feet of Lot 3, R & S Jensen
Sub, City of Hastings. Adams County, Nebraska as platted and recorded as per attached Exhibit "A"
WHEREAS, Rodney A. Jensen is titleholders) of the said real estate; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Hastings has exhausted its need and use of the said easement; and,
WHEREAS, by virtue of a Resolution enacted by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Hastings on the 14thday of Aril , 20~_, the City of Hastings has released and waived its
interest in the said easement and has authorized the Mayor of the City of Hastings to execute this Release.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Hastings hereby quitclaims all its right, title and interest in the
said easement and hereby waives any claim it may have thereunder.

MOTION FOR RELEASE OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Hastings holds interest in the platted easement on, over, across
and beneath the following real estate:
The east 10 feet of Lot 1; the east and west 10 feet of Lot 2; the west 10 feet of Lot 3,
R & S Jensen Sub, City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska as platted and recorded
as per attached Exhibit "A".
WHEREAS, Rodney A. Jensen is the titleholders) of the said real estate; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Hastings has exhausted its need and use of the said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby moved that the City of Hastings should quitclaim all
its right, title and interest in the said easement and waive any claim it may have thereunder and
that the Mayor of the City of Hastings should be authorized hereby to execute a release thereof.
