CECIL E. KERSHNER AND DONNA J. KERSHNER, husband and wife,
GRANTORS, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to
DENNY HOAGLAND AND JESSICA G HOAGLAND, husband and wife,
GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stet. Section 76-201):
Lot One (1), K and G Subdivision, a Replat of Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8),
Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Nine (9), East Broad Street Addition to the City of
Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES
that GRANTORS:
(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
easements and restrictions of record;
(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
