executed by Frank Douglas and Jacqueline Ruth Douglas, husband and
wife, as Trustors, and recorded on June 1, 1999 in the office of
the Register of Deeds of Adams County at Instrument No. 19992852,
of Mortgage Records, which trust deed is described as follows:
Lot 6, block 1, Lewis Subdivision of Blocks 1, 8, 9, and 16,
in Lewis Subdivision, Adams County, Nebraska
Commonly known as: 1523 W. 4th, Hastings, NE 68901
Together, with the notes therein described, and the money due and
to become due thereon, including interest, attorney's fees and
charges.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Assignment has been executed this
