NOTICE OF DEFAULT 10493
The undersigned is the Trustee under a-Trust Deed executed by
,.` Darian B. Archer and Brandy L. Archer, husband and wife, as
~~~ Trustor.s on August 29:, 2005, in which Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc., was named as Beneficiary. Said Deed of
Trust was filed for record on August 25, 2005 in Instrument No.
20054045 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to HSBC Mortgage
Services, Inc. and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
of Adams County, Nebraska.
Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for
which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the
nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt
payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby
notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by
said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the
date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor
may make payment to HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc. of the amount
needed to bring this obligation current. Trustor may reinstate
after acceleration and may bring a court action to assert the non-
existence of the default or any other defense he may have to the
acceleration and sale.
Further notice is given that because of such default the
undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust
property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust
property affected is as follows:
The North 7 feet of Lot 8 and the South 83 feet of Lot 9,
Block 3, Webster & Wemple's Addition to the City of
