The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record
on 12/08/2003 Document 20038716 iri the records of Adams County, Nebraska, by
Pablo Machado and Elsa Maria Delgado Ortiz, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which
MERS solely as nominee for Major Mortgage, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives
notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as
security has occurred, and the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt
payments as they became due. The current lawful holder of the promissory note is Wells
Fargo Bank, NA. You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness
secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of 04/03/2008, is in the amount of the
payoff balance of $ 56,316.43 ,plus interest thereafter. You are further notified that
because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust
property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as
follows:
LOT 6, BLOCK 9, IN LEWIS SUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS 1, 8, 9, AND 16,
OF LEWIS SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH,
RANGE 10 WEST OF THE 6TH P. M., IN THE CITY OF HASTINGS,
ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA
