Base Lift will consist of 2" Type 14
Top Lift will consist of 1.5" Type 17c10.40
Flowlines are to be covered on Top Lift only on both sides of the street.
Extra care will be taken to maintain water flow.
Concrete sub -base may require various patching to be determined by Engineer
after milling operation and street has been cleaned.
* Ends and returns on Project will be sawed prior to installation of Base Lift.
Contractor shall use caution not to damage driveways during the removal of existing asphalt.
Contractor shall use care in maneuvering heavy equipment over and around this Project.
Existing curb and gutters are in poor condition and the 5" concrete base will not withstand
a lot of weight.
Contractor shall leave existing asphalt as is between the two sets of Railroad tracks.
Will lay asphalt up to the concrete slabs on the outside of each set of rails.
