Extra care will be taken to maintain water flow. Contractor shall mill down to concrete sub -base Concrete sub -base may require various patching to be determined by Engineer after milling operation and street has been cleaned. * Ends and returns on Project will be sawed prior to installation of Base Lift. Existing curb and gutters are in poor condition and the concrete base will not withstand a lot of weight.
