Flow lines are to be covered by Top Lift on both sides of the street.
Extra care will be taken to maintain water flow.
Contractor shall mill down to the concrete sub -base.

Concrete sub -base may require various patching to be determined by Engineer
after milling operation and street has been cleaned.
* Ends and returns on Project will be sawed prior to installation of Base Lift.
Contractor shall use caution not to damage driveways during the removal of existing asphalt.
Contractor shall use care in maneuvering heavy equipment over and around this Project.
Existing curb and gutters are in poor condition and the concrete base will not withstand
heavy weight.
Contractor is resposible to place Asphalt inset into driveways where needed.
