NOTES:
Base Lift will consist of 1 1/2" Type 17c /.40
Top Lift will consist of 2" Type 17e /.40
Asphalt sub -base may require various patching to be determined by Engineer
after milling operation and street has been cleaned.
Ends and returns on Project will be sawed prior to installation of Base Lift.
Contractor shall use caution not to damage driveways during the removal of existing asphalt.
Millings to be hauled to city landfill to be stockpiled.
Top Lift of Asphalt shall cover the flow lines of the gutters
in the street, unless specified otherwise on site.
Extra care will be taken to maintain water flow.
Contractor is resposible to place Asphalt inset into driveways where needed.
** Contractor shall mill down to concrete sub -base
Contractor shall use extra care when moving heavy equipment
over and around this project the concrete base will not withstand heavy weight.
