Ends and returns on Project will be sawed prior to installation of Base Lift. Contractor shall use caution not to damage driveways during the removal of existing asphalt. Millings to be hauled to city landfill to be stockpiled. Top Lift of Asphalt shall cover the flow lines of the gutters in the street, unless specified otherwise on site. Extra care will be taken to maintain water flow.
