WHEREAS, all of ±h~ indebtedness secured by the Deed of Tr~zst macie am~iig CRAIG D
OSWALD AND PEGGY J OSWALD, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank and
Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated March 18, 1994, and recorded on
March 18, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Adams County, Nebraska, as
Instrument Number 941259 has been paid; and
WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
entitled thereta
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
Deed o~ Trust in the following described property:
