REGISTER Of DEEDS
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the Deed
of Trust dated May 12, 2008, executed by JERRY D HULL and RENAE B HULL; HUSBAND
AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of hlastirlgs is named as Beneficiary, and the
undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska, as Instrument #20082153 on the 22nd day of May, 2008, and
WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received
from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate
described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as follows:
Lots 1 and 2, Hull Subdivision, a tract of land located in the North Half of
fractional Section 18, Township 6 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Adams
County, Nebraska
said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
~ I~OW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request a~d t~1e provisions of such Deeds of
Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
