Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by Doris M. Kroger, A Single Person, as Trustor to
Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of June 4.
2007, and recorded June 4, 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska, instrument #20072459 has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
