that I am the _Vice President Loan Documentation of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a
company duly organized and existing under law, and doing business in Oregon County,
Missouri;
2. I hereby certify and affirm that a Deed of Trust executed by Calvin L. Steepleton
dated August 29, 1995, was recorded August 29, 1995, instrument number 953205 in the Adams
County Recorder of Deed's Office, securing a note in the amount of $44,850.00 regarding the
property located at 730 S Chicago Avenue, Hastings, NE 68901
3. I hereby certify and affirm Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the current holder of said Note
and Deed of Trust.
4. I hereby certify and affirm that due to a Scrivener's Error, there exists an error
regarding the legal description, which appears in the Deed of Trust. The legal description which
reads incorrectly states the following:
LOT SIX (6) AND THE NORTH HALF (N/2) OF LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK TWO (2), KELLER'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO
THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
5. I hereby certify and affirm that the following legal description is the true and legal
description:
LOT SIX (6) AND THE NORTH HALF (N1/2) OF LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK TWO (2), KELLER'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE
RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
6. This affidavit is given to correct the legal description information in the Deed of Trust
dated August 29, 1995, was recorded August 29, 1995, instrument number 953205 in the Adams
County Recorder of Deed's Office which contains an erroneous legal description.
