BECK, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of DARREL D. SMITH and SHIRLEY A. SMITH, as beneficiary, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 963768, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
