LELAND L. SAATHOFF and MARIAN J. SAATHOFF, Husband and Wife,
GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUABLE
CONSIDERATION received from GRANTEE SAATHOFF FARMS INC., a Nebraska
Corporation, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real
estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
That part of the Northeast Quarter (NEl/4) of Section
Twenty-three (23), Township Eight (8) North, Range Nine
(9) West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, more
particularly described as lying within the following
metes and bounds: Commencing at a point on the North
line of said quarter six hundred fifteen (615) feet East
on the Northwest corner thereof as the point of
beginning; running thence South parallel with the West
line of said Quarter two hundred twenty (220) feet to a
point; thence running East parallel to the North line of
said Quarter three hundred (300) feet to a point; thence
running North parallel to.the West line of said Quarter
two hundred twenty (220) feet to a point; thence running
West along the North line of said Quarter back to the

GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one)
ith GRANTEES that GRANTOR:
(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free

(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the
lawful claims of all persons.
