Espino and Emily Espino, husband and wife JTWROS, as Trustors, in
which Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named as
beneficiary and First American Title Insurance Company as 'T'rustee,
and which was filed for record on July 9, 2004, and recorded as
Instrument No. 20043599, of the Mortgage records of Adams County,
Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally described. as
follows:
