Know All Men by These Presents:
THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Dean Buscher and
Michaela Buscher to Commercial Federal Bank, A FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Commercial Federal
Mortgage Corporation the beneficiary named therein, dated 3/26/1994 and recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Adarns County, State of Nebraska, in Book ,Page ,Instrument No.
941557 has been paid.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant, remise and reconvey
to the person or persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said
Trust Deed in tl--e following described premises but only as to such premises:
