Wells Fargo Financial National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person oc persons legally entitled
thereto without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest granted to the Trustee by a certain Deed of Trust in the lands described
therein, which was executed by, Brian J. Taylor and Dawn M. Taylor; husband and wife, as trustor, to Wells Fargo Financial
National Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, dated March 19, 2004 and recorded on April 7,
2004, in Document No. 2004-1744, of the pfficial Records of the County of Adams, State of NEBRASKA, reference being
specifically made to said Deed of Trust and the record thereof for a particular description of said lands. This Reconveyance is
executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
Legal Description: Lots Thirty-one (31) and Thirty-two (32), Block One (1), M.J. Smith's addition to the City of Hastings,
Adams County, Nebraska.
