February 12, 2005, ("Grantor"), in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
and valuable consideration received from CAMKAT, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company
("Grantee"), grants, sells, quitclaims and conveys to Grantee, the following described reaTestate, as
defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-201:
The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section 23, Township S North,
Range 11, West of the 6"' P.M. in Adams County, Nebraska, except
that part taken for County Road right of way.
This Deed is exempt from payment of Documentary Stamp Taxes pursuant to Section 76-
902(S)(b), R.R.S., Nebraska 1943, as a.tnended.
