described lot, or parcel of land, situated in the County of ADAMS COUNTY State of NE to wit:

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT DZ Bank AG Deutsche

consideration the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have Sold, Transferred and
Conveyed, and do hereby Sell, Transfer and Convey unto said First Consumer Credit, Inc.,
