CORRECTIVE ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST
For value received, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and transfers to Deutsche Bank National
Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for the registered holders of Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-
Through Certificates, Series 2005-W2, all of its beneficial interest under that certain deed of trust executed by
Michelle Heikkinen, a single person, Trustor, in which Chicago Title Insurance Company is named as
Trustee for the benefit of Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, which was recorded on August
23, 2005 as Instrument No. 20053984 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska,
said deed of trust conveying the following described property:
LOT NINETEEN (19), BLOCK TWO (2), GEDNEY'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED
PLAT THEREOF.
This Corrective Assignment of Deed of Trust is being recorded to accurately reflect t/te assignee
beneficiary shown on the Assignment of Deed of Trust recorded October 1, 2007 as Instrument
Number 20074387.
