Nebraska 68114 is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the deed of trust executed by Michelle
Heikkinen, a single person, as Trustor, in which Chicago Title Insurance Company is named as Trustee for
the benefit of Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, and which was filed for record on August 23,
2005 as Instrument No. 20053984 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska
concerning the following real estate, to-wit:
