REGISTER OF DEEDS
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Adams County Bank as Beneficiary
under the Deed of Trust executed by Aaron D. Augustin & Diane K. Augustin,
Husband and Wife as Trustor(s) to Adams County Bank as Trustee for the Benefit of
the Beneficiary, dated as of March 1, 1999, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 19991514, has requested that this
Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following described
premises:

Southwest Quaztez- (SWi/) a distance of 777.46 feet; thence N~8°15'51"~ a dista:GCe of 360.38 feet;
thence N89°S6'07"E parallel with the south line ofsaid Southwest Quarter (SWl/a) a distance of
242.16 feet; thence SOl°27'03"1/ a distance of 1095, 00 feet to the south line of said Southwest
Quarter (SW%); thence S89°56'07"W along the south line of said Southwest Quarter {SW'/) a
distance of 439,66 feet to the Place of l3eginning, subject to road right-of-way on the south side
Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Deed of Trust, together with all
buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining land,
shall remain subject to the Deed of Trust.
