PLENARY PRESENT DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY
HAROLD C. REINKING, PRINCIPAL
a domiciliary of the State of Nebraska, desiring and intending to
establish a POWER OF ATTORNEY operative under The Uniform Durable
Power of Attorney Act and The Nebraska Short Form Act, does
hereby appoint, constitute, and designate;
1. LORETTA M. REINKING, original AGENT;
2. the following, as substitute AGENT,-who shall serve and act
in the order named, IN THE EVENT OF THE REFUSAL TO ACT,
RESIGNATION, TERMINATION,, REMOVAL, INCAPACITY or DEATH of
original AGENT and all prior named substitute AGENTS:
a. KRISTINE M. DIEHL, as 1st substitute AGENT;
b.~ KANDICE M. LAYTON, as 2nd substitute AGENT;
c. SEAN DIEHL, as 3rd substitute AGENT;
as the lawful and true agent and attorney in fact for PRINCIPAL;
and PRINCIPAL hereby provides and stipulates as follows:
A. THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY:
1. SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED BY SUBSEQUENT DISABILITY OR
INCAPACITY OF THE PRINCIPAL.
2. IS A PRESENT DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY.
B. By this POWER OF ATTORNEY, PRINCIPAL confers upon and grants
to AGENT plenary power.
C. By this POWER OF ATTORNEY, PRINCIPAL makes the following
additional provisions:
1. PRINCIPAL hereby authorizes AGENT to make, sign and
file any federal, state or local income tax return or
gift tax return on the behalf of PRINCIPAL.
2. PRINCIPAL nominates AGENT as guardian of the person and
conservator/guardian of the estate and property affairs
of PRINCIPAL.
3. PRINCIPAL directs AGENT to:
a. preserve the estate plans of PRINCIPAL;
b. transfer the property of PRINCIPAL (not owned by
PRINCIPAL with rights of survivorship, in
multiple-party account nor in trust) to THE HAROLD
C. REINKING TRUST of which PRINCIPAL is grantor.
D. This POWER OF ATTORNEY revokes and supersedes all prior
executed instruments of like import and remains operative
until revoked.
