Five Hundred.and 00/100 Dollars to him in hand paid, at or before the delivery of these
presents, by

the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has bargained, and sold by these presents
do grant and convey unto the said party of the second part, his heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns,

West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, lying South of the Union Pacific
Railroad Right-of--Way, together with the benefits of all easement agreements now
of record.
free and clear of all encumbrances and taxes now due and payable; except
belonging to him, now in his possession, at the place last aforesaid.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, his
executors, adinistrators and assigns forever, and first party covenants and agrees to and
with said second party, his executors, administrators and assigns to warrant and defend
the sale of said property, goods and chattels hereby made, unto the said party of the
.second part, his executors, administrators and assigns, against the claims of all and
every person and persons whomsoever.
