REGISTER OF DEEDS
Dale C. Asmus and Dorothy Asmus, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in consideration of One
and 00/100 ($1.00) DOLLAR and other valuable consideration received from GRANTEES,
Gibraltar Development, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, conveys to
GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat., § 76-201):
Commencing at a point 253 feet north of the center of Section Eight (8), Township Seven
(7) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6"' P.M., in the City of Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska, and running east parallel with the South line of the NE'/o of said section a
distance of 209 feet to a point; thence North parallel with the West line of said NE'/a a
distance of 100 feet to a point set; thence West parallel with the South line of the NE% a
distance of 209 feet; thence South along said West line a distance of 100 feet to the point
of beginning, subject to 30 foot road right-of--way on the West.
GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that
GRANTORS:
(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;
(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
persons.
