FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Hastings State Bank hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys and
assigns unto U.S. Bank N.A. ("Assignee"), all right, title and interest of Assignor in and to that
certain Deed of Trust executed by JOSHUA M. REINHARD AND MEGHAN L. REINHARD,
HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Document # aUO~ D 39 S in the Mortgage records of
Adams County, and the debt secured covering the following described real property:
THE SOUTH TWENTY (S 20) FEET OF LOT FIVE (5) AND THE NORTH THIRTY (N
30) FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8), IN BLOCK THREE (3), HILLSIDE ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE
RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
