REGISTER OF DEEDS
ROBERT L. THOMAS, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar
($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, convey to JESSE B. WRIGHT AND JULIE A. WRIGHT, husband
and wife, GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following
described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-201):
A tract of land situated in the North Half (N 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE
1/4) of Section Twenty-Six (26), Township Seven (7) North, Range Ten (10)
West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
follows: Commencing Six Hundred Twenty-Four and Twenty-Five Hundredths
(624.25) feet North of the Southeast corner of the North Half (N 1/2) of the
Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4); thence West Two Hundred Eight (208) feet; thence
North, parallel to East section line, One Hundred (100) feet; thence East Two
Hundred Eight (208) feet; and thence South on East section line to the place of
beginning, except the tract on the East thereof, deeded to State for road.
GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES
that GRANTOR:
(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
easements and restrictions of record;
(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
persons.
