THOMAS, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to JESSE B. WRIGHT AND JULIE A. WRIGHT, husband and wife, GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-201): A tract of land situated in the North Half (N 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Twenty-Six (26), Township Seven (7) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing Six Hundred Twenty-Four and Twenty-Five Hundredths (624.25) feet North of the Southeast corner of the North Half (N 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4); thence West Two Hundred Eight (208) feet; thence North, parallel to East section line, One Hundred (100) feet; thence East Two Hundred Eight (208) feet; and thence South on East section line to the place of beginning, except the tract on the East thereof, deeded to State for road.
