REGISTER OF DEEDS
Whereas, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated from
Jennifer R. Yost and Roger Yost Trustor(s) for the benefit of Meritage Mortgage
Corporation dated October 11, 2005 and filed October 12, 2005 as Inst. No. 20054858
assigned to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. in the office of the Register
of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska; and
WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
estate derived to said Trustee by or through-said Deed of Trust in the following described
premises:
Lot 14, Block 1, in J. Mark Martin Subdivision to the City of Hastings, Adams
County, Nebraska.
