DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as
Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by LARRY L. BAKER and HEATHER A
BAKER, Husband and Wife, as Trustor to Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the
benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of February 7, 2005, and recorded Februarv 16, 2005, in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument #20050697 has
requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
by the 'Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
THE NORTH 20 FEET OF LOT 4 AND ALL OF LOT 5. EXCEPT THE NORTHERLY 10 FEET IN
WIDTH THEREOF, BLOCK 1, BILT-RITE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS
