REGISTER OF DEEDS
The undersigned, Equitable Bank, Trustee under a certain Construction Deed of Trust
dated October 19, 2006, wherein David L. Engel and Cynthia J. Engel, Husband and Wife are
the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska, on October 20, 2006, as Instrument No. 20064738 and co,iiains as trust property, the
following-described real estate:
Lot Two (2), Rainforth Second Subdivision, Adams County, Nebraska
together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated October 19, 2006,
owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE BANK, pursuant to the terms of the Trust
Deed referred to above which secures this obligation.
