The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record
on 01/31/2006 Document 20060399 in the records of Adams County, Nebraska, by
Teresa A Switzer, a single person, as Trustors, in which New Century Mortgage
Corporation, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation
for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, and the nature of
such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. The
current lawful holder of the promissory note is U.S. Bank, National Association, as
Trustee . You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured
by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of 01/30/2008, is in the amount of the unpaid
principal balance of $ 49,805.42 ,plus interest thereafter. You are further notified that
because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust
property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as
follows:
Lots Seven Hundred Eighty-Nine (789), Seven Hundred Ninety (790), Seven
Hundred Ninety-One (791) and Seven Hundred Ninety-Two (792), in the
Village of Juniata, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
thereof.
