assigns unto Central National Bank, a Nebraska corporation located in Superior, Nebraska
("Assignee"), all right, title and interest of Assignor in and to that certain Deed of Trust executed
by SHERYL L HAJNY, A SIGNLE PERSON as Document # 020~`~OL/(p~ in the
Mortgage records of Adams County, Nebraska, and the debt secured covering the following
described real property:
LOT TWO (2), PALMER'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK THIRTY-ONE (31), OF D.W.
PALMER'S PROSPECT PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS
COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF
