Adams County, Nebraska, subject to distribution upon death of income beneficiary,
title shall pass to William P. Ground, Jr. in accordance with the conditions of the
Trust
The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4NE1/4) of Section Four (4),
Township Eight (8) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6~h P.M., Adams County,
Nebraska;
The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1/4NE1/4) of Section Seventeen
(17), Township Eight (8) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6`h P.M., Adams County,
Nebraska
subject to easements and restrictions of record.
Certificate Of Exemption: The undersigned certifies that the transfer of the property referred to herein is
made under such circumstances as to come within Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-902(4) and that evidence
supporting the exemption is maintained by the undersigned and is available for inspection by the
Nebraska Department of Revenue.
