Section 76-201) in Adams County, Nebraska: An Undivided One-half Interest in the Following• The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2SE1/4) and the North Fourteen and one-third (N14-1/3) rods of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4SE1/4), all in Section Twelve (12), Township Eight (8) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska; and The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2SW1/4) and the West Half of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2E1/2SW1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eight (8) North, Range Eleven (11), Adams County, Nebraska, EXCEPT, a tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eight (8) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of said SW1/4; said point being Five Hundred Forty and Five Tenths (540.5) feet East of the Southwest corner of said SW1/~4; thence running easterly along the south line of said SW1/4 a distance of Two Hundred Ninety-seven (297.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90°00' and running northerly a distance of Three Hundred Forty-five and Seven Tenths (345.7) feet; thence deflecting left 90°00' and running westerly a distance of Two hundred Ninety-seven (297.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90°00' and running southerly a distance of Three Hundred Forty-five and Seven Tenths (345.7) feet to the point of beginning and containing 2.357 acres more or less.
