NO Q 9 ~ Date i.,.,.9~,~,,.Timel„~;~~ ~~i~tA2tt+~~ ~ 8e~O~ REGISTER OF DEEDS WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated April 13, 2007, executed by BETH ANNE LOVEGROVE; A SINGLE PERSON. in which Five Points Bank of Hastings is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska Instrument No 20071738 on the 19th day of April, 2007. ,and WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: Lot Seven (7), Block One (1), in Gedney's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof AND the South Half (S1/2) of the East 50 feet of the West 333 feed of that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW '/4 NW '/4 SW '/<) of Section Eight (8), Township Seven(7) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., lying between the South line of Peabody's Addition to Hastings and the North line of Gedney's Addition to Hastings, as said additions are platted and recorded. said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the previsions of such Deeds of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
