KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
Darwin A. Kroll & Diane C. Kroll, Husband and Wife to Adams County Bank,
Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of
Trust being dated 16th day of February, 1998 and recorded in the office of the
County Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska on March 4, 1998, as
instrument # 19980993, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that
this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
following described premises, to-wit:
The Southeast Quarter (SE '/4) of Section Nineteen (19). Township Eight (8) North,
Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska.
TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as
