KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
Larry L. Kimle and Sheila A. Kimle, Husband and Wife to Adams County Bank,
Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of
Trust being dated 21st day of March, 2003 and recorded in the office of the County
Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska on March 25, 2003, as instrument
#20031901, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
following described premises, to-wit:
The Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Thirty-Four (34), Township Seven (7)
North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska
TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as
