Know all men, that the undersigned in consideration of full payment of its
claim, and other valuable consideration received, does hereby waive,
relinquish, and release the Construction Lien recorded on June 18, 2007, as
instrument #20072692 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
State of Nebraska, which covered the following-described real estate situated
in said county, to wit:
