DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Seiler, Parker &
Moncrief, L.L.C., as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,
successor in interest to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association as the result of an acquisition and
name change, as Beneficiary, dated as of October 31, 1996 and recorded on November 15, 1996 as
Instrument No. 964913 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, does hereby
quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the
right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust
and incorporated. herein by this reference. This Deed of Reconveyance is executed at the request of the
Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
