SATISFACTION OF ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND RENTS
The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Assignrrient of Leases and Rents ("Assignment")
executed by Seiler, Parker & Moncrief, L.L.C. as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK,
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor in interest to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association, as
the result of an acquisition and name change as Beneficiary, dated as of October 31, 1996 and recorded
on November 15, 1996, as Instrument No. 964914, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled
thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real
property described in said Assignment of Leases and Rents and incorporated herein by this reference.
This Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Assignment of Leases and
Rents.
