QUITCLAIM DEED
Maurice E. Trausch, Trustee of the Maurice E. Trausch Revocable Trust dated July 17,
2000, GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1.00) receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and conveys to Maurice E. Trausch and Wilma Trausch,
husband and wife, GRANTEES, a life estate in all of the following described real estate (as
defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
The undivided one-half interest of Maurice E. Trausch, Trustee, in and to Lots Eleven (11),
Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13}, Block Seven (7), of the Original Town, now Village of Roseland,
Adams County, Nebraska, situated upon a part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter
(N'/ZSE'/4) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Six (6) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the
6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska; AND
The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (Nl/zSW'/a) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township
Six (6) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska; AND
The Northwest Quarter (NWl/4) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Six (6) North, Range
Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, EXCEPT the North Half of the
West Half (NI/ZW'/2) of said section and EXCEPT J&G Subdivision of Adams County, Nebraska,
more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1/4 NW1/4) of Section Thirty-flue (35), Township Six (6)
North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, said tract being more
particularly described as follows: With reference to the Southwest corner of said SW1/4 NW1/4;
thence running on an assumed bearing of N 00°00'00"E on the West line of said SW1/4 NW1/4
for a distance of 550.00 feet to the actual POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N
00°00'00"E on the West line SW1/4 NW1/4 for 418.00 feet; thence N 90°00'00"E for 670.00
feet; thence S 00°00'00"E for 418.00 feet; thence N 90°00'00"W for 670.00 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING, said tract containing 6.429 acres more or less, the Westerly 33.00 feet thereof
being South Conestoga Avenue right-of--way.
