George Albin Jr. and Sherril A. Albin, being duly sworn,
deposes and states that:
1. They are the attorneys-in-fact for Marie F. Dreher, and
that Marie F. Dreher and Sherril A. Albin, fka Sherril A.
Pallas, are the owners of record and are in possession of the
real estate described as:
The South Fifteen (S 15) feet of Lot Three (3) and the
North Thirty-Five (N 35) feet of Lot Four (4),
Benedict's Subdivision of Block Three (3), Benedict's
Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
2. The above-described real estate has been sold and
George Albin Jr. and Sherril A. Albin will be signing the deed
as her attorneys-in-fact. The copy of the power of attorney
attached is a true and correct copy of the original power of
attorney.
3. George Albin Jr. and Sherril A. Albin state that they
have personal knowledge that the attached power of attorney has
not been revoked and that Marie F. Drreher is not deceased.

Marie F. Dreher, a domiciliary of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, Principal, desiring
and intending to establish a Power of Attorney under the Nebraska Short Form Act, does hereby
appoint, constitute and designate George Albin, Jr. and/or Sherril A. Albin and/or Randall E.
Pallas the lawful and true agent and attorney in fact for. Principal; and Principal does hereby
further provide and stipulate in connection therewith as follows:
