REGISTER OF DEEDS
The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of
Trust dated December 9, 2003, wherein Clyde E. Katen and Kathy J. Katen; Husband and Wife
are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska, on December 9, 2003, as Instrument No. 20038782 and contains as trust
property, the fallowing-described real estate:
Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block One (1), South Side Addition to the City of
Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, According to the Recorded Plat thereof
together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated December 9, 2003,
owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to
above which secures this obligation.
