THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by KRISTY L. THEIS AND
MICHAEL E. THEIS, WIFE AND HUSBAND, to BANK OF DONIPHAN, PO BOX 270, DONIPHAN,
NEBRASKA, 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the Beneficiary named therein dated 9.22•
2005 and recorded 9-23-2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of ADAMS County, NEBRASKA,
INSTRUMENT N0. 20054537 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
