Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
JAY ANDERSON AND REBECCA ANDERSON HUSBAND AND WIFE to
Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
MAY 8. 2006 and recorded OCTOBER 11, 2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument 20064597 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
requested in writing that this .Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
such premises:
PARCEL ONE: ALL OF LOT TWELVE (12) AND THE WEST FIVE FEET (5') OF LOT
THIRTEEN (13) IN BLOCK SIX (6) OF THOMPSON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
PARCEL TWO: LOT 1, BLOCK 3 SKYE LOCH 6TH SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF
HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
premises.
