REGISTER OF DEEDS
The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Juan A. Lopez and Delia
Cruz Lopez, Husband and Wife, as Trustors and Borrowers, to Brad Moncrief, Attorney at Law,
as Trustee, and Rick A. Woods, a single person, as Beneficiary/Lender, dated November 9, 2005,
and recorded on December 12, 2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska, as Instrument No. 20055894, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in
writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by his
endorsement hereinafter.
In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
the Trustee conveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
The North Half (N %2) of the West Half (W %z) of Lot Twelve (12), Block One (1),
Buswell's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according
to the recorded plat thereof.
